We are a preschool, not a daycare. Our programs are rooted in QUALITY interaction. We encourage engagement, imaginative play, and curiosity. We use positive guidance and consequences to follow actions (e.g., a break from a misused toy), and we never punish. Our educators model behavior, encourage language development, and maintain consistent boundaries to ensure children thrive.

A Shadow Day is an opportunity for you and your child (especially infants/toddlers) to experience our center environment firsthand. You can bring your child to be in the classroom for a few hours to get a feel for our routines, meet the teachers, and see the daily life of our center before officially enrolling.

We are committed to creating delightful, proactive partnerships with parents. Beyond daily communication, we provide parents with access to dedicated apps that facilitate engagement. This includes live streaming from the classroom (available during select hours and included with tuition) so you can connect with your child's day, building trust and transparency.

Yes. For the health and safety of all children and staff, all enrolled children must meet the state-mandated vaccination schedule. If you have a state-approved exemption, please contact us to discuss the necessary documentation.

All of our registration forms are digital. Once you have confirmed availability and a start date with us, we will send you a secure link to complete all necessary registration forms online.

Yes! All meals and snacks are included in your tuition. This covers a Morning Snack, Lunch, and Evening Snack.

Our comprehensive rates cover all hours of care between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday, full-day, full-week). Tuition is all-inclusive and covers:

• All Meals & Snacks: Morning Snack, Lunch, and Evening Snack.
• Essential Supplies: Diapers and Wipes.
• Parent Connection: Access to our secure online viewing system (via parent app) during select hours

Yes! We offer a multi-child discount of 10% off of the oldest child's tuition rate. Additional discounts may be available sometimes, so please contact the center for more details.

Yes, our programs are flexible! The rates summarized above are for our full-day, full-week care. Please contact us directly if you are looking for specific pricing on drop-in care, half-day options, or other customized schedules.

Yes! We are a contracted provider with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Child Care Assistance Program. We are dedicated to making our high-quality early learning experience accessible to all eligible families.

Careers & Culture

Safety is a non-negotiable COMMITMENT. Staff must maintain 100% Supervision (Sight and Sound) at all times. Personal cell phone use is strictly prohibited while clocked in to ensure constant, focused supervision and immediate adherence to our Health and Wellness Policy.

We expect a high standard of RESPECT and COLLABORATION. Staff must work together openly and adhere to the punctuality policy (DISCIPLINE). We strictly prohibit sharing confidential or negative information about staff, students, or families, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for undermining colleagues' authority or engaging in harassment.
