Policies & procedures
Clear, consistent policies keep every child safe and every day running smoothly. Your parent handbook has the full details.
Enter the lobby with your personal code, and sign your child in and out each day by fingerprint, as required by ADHS licensing.
We teach and reinforce good behavior through Positive Guidance. If a pattern persists, we’ll meet with you to agree a consistent plan.
Children return once symptom-free for 24 hours without medication — including fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. A doctor’s note may be requested.
We give prescribed medication only, in its original container, with a completed Medication Consent Form. We don’t administer over-the-counter medicine.
After six months of enrollment, enjoy one vacation week at no charge every six months. Weeks don’t carry over.
Tuition reserves your child’s place, so there are no credits or day switches for absences, illness, or holidays. Extra drop-in days are $80, subject to availability and advance approval.
Tuition is due each Monday for the current week via Tuition Express. A $5 daily late fee applies until paid. Registration fee: $150, non-refundable.
Children move up based on developmental readiness and space in the next room — not birthdate alone.
Please give two weeks’ written notice. Without it, two weeks’ tuition is due at exit.
We close promptly at 6:00 PM; a $50 late fee applies. After 6:30 PM, we are required to contact law enforcement and the Department of Child Safety.
