Personalized Daily Updates

We use our app to send daily positive, personalized updates, ensuring you are always connected to your child’s development. We don't just share photos; we clearly articulate the learning objectives behind activities.

Proactive Reporting

You receive a Weekly individualized message detailing how your child is evolving, and Monthly Assessment Reports (based on our weekly GOLD assessment) that summarize progress and explain how we are updating our lesson plans to meet their individual needs.

Immaculate Classrooms Support Healthy Learning

Safety & Dialogue Protocol

For sensitive or safety issues, we prioritize Effective, Private Dialogue using phone calls or in-person talks never general messages and follow up within one hour to ensure resolution.

Feedback & Advocacy

We conduct informal check-ins at least once a quarter to ask, "Is there anything we could be doing better?" We use our Quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) to continuously improve and measure satisfaction.
