Key Rule Parents Must Know
Behavior Management
ElevateChild uses a Positive Guidance (PG) approach to teach and reinforce good behavior. For persistent negative behavior, a parent/teacher conference will be held to establish a consistent course of action.
Security & Check-In
ElevateChild uses a two-way security system. Parents must use a personal code to enter the lobby and the fingerprint system to sign children in and out daily, as required by ADHS Licensing.
Illness Return Policy
Illness Return Policy A child must be symptom-free without medication for 24 hours to return. This includes being free of fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea for 24 hours. A doctor's note may be required.
Medication Administration
ONLY prescribed medication will be administered, and it must be accompanied by a completed Medication Consent Form and be in the original container. Over-the-counter medicines (e.g., Tylenol, cough syrup) will NOT be administered.
Absence & Vacation
Families are eligible for 1 free vacation week (at no charge) every 6 months of enrollment. This benefit does not accumulate and is only available after six months of enrollment.
Credit & Switching Days
NO CREDIT OR SWITCHING DAYS are allowed for absences, sick days, or holidays. Drop-in days are available at $80.00 but are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Enrollment & Withdrawal
A two-week written notice is required for disenrollment. Failure to provide notice means the full two weeks’ tuition fee is due upon exit. The non-refundable registration fee is $150.
Class Transitions
Class transitions do not occur based on birthdate. Transitions are based on the child’s developmental readiness and the availability of space in the next program.
Tuition Payment & Fees
Tuition is due every Monday for the current week via Tuition Express. A $5 per day late fee is assessed starting Monday until paid off. No refunds or credits are given for absent/sick days.
Hours & Late Pick-Up
Strict 6:00 PM closing time. Late arrival after 6:00 PM results in a $50 penalty. After 6:30 PM, staff will contact 911 (Law Enforcement) and DCS (Department of Child Safety).
